      Product introduction:

      The unit is mainly composed of 8 parts: high pressure generator, low pressure generator, condenser, evaporator, absorber, high temperature heat exchanger, low temperature heat exchanger and burner.

      working principle

      lithium bromide water absorption refrigeration device is mainly composed of generator, condenser, evaporator and absorber. Its basic working principle is as follows:

      (1)The working heat source (such as steam, hot water and gas) is used to heat the dilute solution delivered from the absorber by the solution pump in the generator, and the water in the solution is evaporated.

      (2)The water vapor enters the condenser and is condensed into refrigerant water by the cooling medium.

      (3)The refrigerant water enters the evaporator by throttling,absorbs the heat of refrigerant water and becomes steam

      (4)In the generator, the remaining concentrated solution enters into the absorber, mixes with the water vapor from the evaporator, absorbs the water vapor and returns to the original concentration and becomes a dilute solution. The dilute solution enters the generator again through the solution pump and continues to circulate.
